Since we began in 1982, it has always been our outlook that what we do is our ministry. And over the years our mission has remained consistent—that as you walk where the Word was written, your faith in Christ Jesus will be strengthened and your witness enhanced.
Our Mission
Our mission is to help you encounter Jesus Christ through travel to biblical sites and places that have shaped the Church. Exploring these places brings the message of the gospel to life, connecting Scripture with the faith you live today.
Four commitments guide every journey. We call them the 4 Es:
Explore the Past
From ancient cities to historic churches, we’ll explore the settings in which the Christian faith took root and spread through the centuries. We’ll discover how local cultures shaped the lives of believers and appreciate the courage, devotion, and struggles of those who came before us.
Examine the Scriptures
Throughout our travels, Scripture will be our companion as we consider the gospel’s first hearers and the generations who carried its message into new lands. We’ll examine biblical passages together, exploring their historical setting and listening for the living Word to speak into our lives today.
Experience the Culture
Every destination invites us to experience the distinctive culture and hospitality of its people. We’ll savor local cuisine, discover cherished traditions, and enjoy different rhythms of daily life. Through these encounters, we’ll gain a deeper appreciation of the communities we visit and the stories they share.
Engage in Worship
Wherever we travel, we’ll make time to worship together through prayer, Scripture, song, and reflection. In places where Christians have gathered across the centuries, we’ll give thanks for God’s faithfulness, celebrate our fellowship in Christ, and seek renewed strength to serve him at home.
