This tour is based on rates in effect July 15, 2009 and is subject to change in the event of currency fluctuations or increase in costs. This tour is priced on a minimum of 35 paying participants. Included in the tour are: round trip airfare from Boston; airport taxes; port taxes; shared double room in first class and superior tourist hotels; daily meals as indicated in itinerary; transportation and entrance fees to sights visited on land portion; and land portion gratuities.

Not Included in Price:
Single room charges on cruise; Single supplement for land: $450; Additions/changes to standard program; Individual transfers; Travel insurance; Coffee and drinks; Excess baggage; Cruise excursions and ship gratuities.

Reservation and Deposit:
A deposit of $300 per person is required at the time of reservation. The balance is due no later than 90 days prior to departure. For reservations received 45 days or less before departure, payment must also include a $100 late booking fee per person.

Transfers:
Group transport between airport, hotel and piers is included. Those who request changes from standard program and who do not arrive with the group are responsible for their own transfers.

Luggage:
Limit of one suitcase and one carry on per person; porterage is for one suitcase only. Carry-on luggage is the responsibility of passengers.

Airline Transportation:
Round trip economy air from Boston on IATA carriers. Tickets are non-refundable, non-amendable tickets.

Flight Times:
Subject to change by airlines without advance notice. FM of
Carrollton, TX reserves the right to shorten or lengthen the itinerary accordingly and, whenever possible, you will be notified in writing. If changes necessitate extra overnights, you will be charged $150 per night per person, single rooms $200 per person.

Cancellation Fees:
Footstep Ministries must receive all cancellation and refund requests in writing. All cancellations are subject to an administration fee of $300 per person if received 70 days or more prior to departure date, 25% of tour price if received between 69-45 days, 75% of tour price if received 44-10 days and 100% of tour price 9 days or less. No-shows or cancellations after date of departure, receive no refund whatsoever.

Insurance:
Tour participants are highly recommended to purchase insurance for trip cancellation, trip interruption, accident, sickness and/or loss of baggage and personal effects. Insurance can be quoted and purchased here

Documentation:
U.S. citizens require a valid passport. The traveler assumes complete and full responsibility for, and hereby releases FM, Inc. from any duty of checking and verifying any and all passports, visa, vaccination or other entry requirements for each destination, and all safety and security conditions during the proposed travel.

Statement of Responsibility:
Footstep Ministries, Gordon College (GC), and their associated companies shall not be held responsible for any wrongful or negligent acts or omissions by any supplier or other party not directly owned or controlled by FM, GC, or by the failure of any equipment operated by any such supplier or other party. FM, GC, shall not be liable for any loss, injury, or damage to person, property or otherwise, in connection with any accommodations, transportation, or other services, resulting directly or indirectly from any acts of God, dangers incident to the sea, fire, breakdown of machinery or equipment, acts of government of other authorities, wars whether or not declared, hostilities, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, thefts, pilferages, epidemics, quarantines, medical or customs regulations, defaults, delays or cancellations of or changes to itineraries or schedules. Neither FM, GC nor any of its affiliates or subsidiaries shall be or become liable or responsible for any additional expenses of liability sustained or incurred by the tour member as a result of any of the aforementioned causes. FM responsibility to passengers carried in vehicles and aircraft for transfer and excursions and tours is governed by the laws of the respective countries in which the tours take place and no other country. All claims are subject only to the jurisdiction of the courts of the country in which the cause of action arises. The right is reserved to substitute hotels and cruise ships and to alter itineraries. The right is also reserved to cancel the tour prior to departure. If any tour is cancelled prior to the passengers joining the tour, FM, Inc., is liable for a refund of monies received. FM, GC is not responsible or liable for defaults of those not directly under the control of FM, Inc. All tickets and vouchers issued for transportation and services are subject to the terms and conditions under which such transportation and services are provided to the participant by the owners or contractors.

The receipt of your deposit and/or final payment will indicate that you have read these Terms and Conditions, and that you have agreed to them. Prices are subject to change. Venue for any disputes is Dallas County, TX. This contract shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas. All prices are in U.S. funds.
